Edamame + Avocado Mash with Pear on Toast

Edamame + Avocado Mash w/ Pear on toast
(serves 1)
1 slice of crusty bread, toasted
1/4 cup edamame
1/4 avocado
1/2 lime, juiced
1 tsp miso
1-2 tsp tahini
1/2 pear, thinly sliced
Dash of red pepper flakes
Sprouts or greens
Instruction:
In a medium bowl mash the edamame and avocado together until you have a even mash with some beans remaining. In a separate bowl add your miso, lime juice, and tahini and stir until smooth. Add to your mash and stir.
Evenly spread your mash on a slice of toasted bread and top with your thinly sliced pear, red pepper flakes, and sprouts.
